There is no front desk. No schedule but your own. Only warm limestone underfoot, the surf below, and a house where everything has already been considered — so that nothing remains but the day in front of you.

Hand-troweled stucco and terracotta, carved stone columns and wood-beamed ceilings — architecture that belongs to this coast, not to a catalogue.
Rooms unfold toward the sea and open to it entirely, so the line between inside and out simply dissolves. Travertine floors stay cool through the afternoon. Talavera tile marks a threshold here, a fountain there. Every window was placed to hold the water.

The Private Chef

The house is reset while you swim. Beds turned, towels rolled, glasses filled — a rhythm you feel more than see, from morning until the last light is dimmed.
